1. Acceptance

By accessing or using BeatBox you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining your account security and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. License

BeatBox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

4. User Content

If you upload or share content you represent that you have the right to do so. By uploading you grant BeatBox a license to host, stream and display that content to other users.

5. Copyright & Takedown

If you believe content on BeatBox infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown request to support@softhuge.com including proof of ownership and details to locate the content. We will investigate and act in accordance with applicable law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not misuse the Service, including unauthorized access, copyright infringement, distributing malware or harassment.

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments for any paid features are governed by the Refund Policy and the applicable platform (App Store/Play Store) policies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in these Terms.
