Delete Account — How to request deletion

If you wish to delete your BeatBox account, follow these steps:

1. Open the BeatBox mobile app and sign in to your account.
2. Navigate to your Profile → Account Settings.
3. Tap "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation prompts. This will schedule your account for deletion in 7 days.
4. You may cancel the deletion any time within the 7‑day window by returning to Account Settings → Cancel Deletion.
5. After the 7‑day grace period, your account and associated personal data will be deleted from our live systems, subject to legal and backup retention requirements.

Data export and immediate requests:
- If you need an export of your personal data or require immediate removal for legal reasons, contact us at support@softhuge.com and include your account details.

Effects of deletion:
- You will lose access to your account and any user‑generated content may be removed or anonymized.
- Some logs, backups or aggregated analytics may be retained as required by law.
