BeatBox is a product of Softhuge Technologies Private Limited. For legal or business inquiries, please contact Softhuge at support@softhuge.com.

1. Scope

This document describes technical handling of personal and telemetry data for BeatBox.

2. Categories & Retention

- Account information: retained for the life of the account plus 12 months after deletion unless legal obligations require longer.
- Playback logs: stored in identifiable form up to 90 days, then aggregated for analytics indefinitely in non-identifiable form.
- Diagnostic data: retained for 180 days.

3. Deletion & Portability

Users may request account deletion or data export by contacting support@softhuge.com. We will verify identity and complete the request within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Security

We use TLS for data in transit, role-based access control internally and encryption for sensitive data at rest when practical.

5. International Transfers

Data may be processed or stored in multiple countries. By using the Service you consent to necessary cross-border transfers.
